Poster Specifications

Poster Dimensions
 Total poster size should be equal to or smaller than 100 cm in height and 80 cm in width.

Production
Please prepare your poster on paper or lightweight cardboard. The Congress Secretariat cannot ensure easy access to colour photocopy or graphic design facilities.

Transport
All materials must be prepared prior to the Congress and transported to and from the venue by the presenter. It will not be possible to send the poster directly to the conference venue in advance of the Congress or separately from the presenting author.

Poster Location & Display
Your poster will be assigned a numbered location during the month of October -- we will send you this information before the Congress starts on 15 November. Materials necessary for hanging your poster (tape or thumbtacks) will be available at the conference centre.
